Batavia
The wreck of the Batavia is only 1 of 3 Dutch shipwrecks that were found on the west coast of Australia. Also artefacts of the Vergulde Draek and the Zuytdorp can be seen in Fremantle.
The Batavia is the most interesting however, because a part of the timber hull was salvaged. The other interesting thing about the Batavia is that a replica of the ship was built in Holland form 85 to 95.
